Each student should:
- Prepare a diagram for her/his group's processes on the telephone module; this can be a flow chart (see Alexander Graham Bell's Path to the Telephone), or any alternate representational format the student prefers.
- Compare one's own group processes to those of other groups, and to what you know about Bell and/or Gray's processes.
- Discuss the framework you used for making the comparison, citing Norman or readings from the Web.
